Above is the Y.E.S. Career Day Interactive Midway at the Carquest Auto Parts Winternationals in Pomona on February 8th, 2008. Students learned more about careers in the automotive and motorsports industry as well as the U.S. Army. Over 2500 students attended this year.

All Students listen to a 30-minute discussion and get the chance to ask questions while learning more about careers and educational options for their future.
Students get the chance to participate in the Wyotech Engine Challenge and win prizes for participating.

A press conference and cake cutting ceremony was held on February 8th in Pomona at the U.S. Army racing team hospitality area to celebrate the addition of three new partners and to thank the current Y.E.S. partners. Caterpiller, Valvoline & the University of Northwestern Ohio joined the program for the 2008 season. Current Y.E.S. partners include U.S. Army, Wyotech, Mercedes Benz, Universal Technical Institute, GM, AAA, Lincoln Electric, Beat the Heat and SkillsUSA.
